FFL Transfers

Colorado Law HB 24-1353 requires all dealer transferring firearms to customers to obtain what amounts to a “second FFL” from the state of CO.

This license is unfortunately expensive and the number of transfers we complete locally cannot justify the cost.

Make no mistake, the intent of this bill is to shut down firearms businesses in CO.

However, we will not shut down. We cannot completes transfer, even of firearms you bought from us, but we have FFL friends nearby who can complete the transfers for you. 

If you are local, and wish to purchase a gun from us, simply select a nearby dealer and contact them to verify they are doing transfers before you complete the purchase from us.
