OUR STORY

Brian and Chad’s friendship developed while working together at a construction company. As the future of their employment became less certain in the post covid world, Brian and Chad began discussing how they could become less reliant on others and be responsible for their own employment outcome. Having discovered their shared beliefs and interests as coworkers, Brian and Chad quickly agreed to become business partners. But one major question remained, What Business? Months of watercooler and lunch hour discussions followed.

Combining their shared love of the Constitution, desire to be protectors of their families… and the fun of the occasional exploding prairie dog… it soon became clear that firearms was the business and, since Brian is an IT professional, providing a 21^st Century, computerized solution was the model… they had zeroed in on e-commerce based firearm sales. Contributing to the ease of access to firearms for law abiding citizens, whether for collecting, competing, hunting or self-protection.

Months later, with their new FFL in hand, E-Commerce Arms was, virtually, open for business!

Backed by over 40 years’ experience and shared knowledge from other forum members, he has contributed 10s of thousands of posts to topics ranging from reloading to civil rights.

MEET THE TEAM

Chad is a Western Colorado native, where he still lives with his wife and three children. From learning to shoot on the same 410 his dad learned on, to drooling over his uncle’s collection of every rifle used in every American Conflict since the civil war (yes, the includes a leaver action Winchester), firearms have just been part of Chads life. Chad generally shoots for the joy of shooting but also hunts and has participated in competitive target shooting.

Brian was born and raised in rural, small-town Upstate NY but he got to Western Colorado as soon as he could. Having worked in every level of business from toilet cleaner to owner of multiple business in several fields, Brian brings deep understanding of the priority of integrity, genuine customer-focused service, and company and personal reputation over short-term profit. Brian has been a life-long hunter and shooter, starting at 8 years old with a Crossman BB gun on his grandparents’ farm in NY, to successful elk hunts in Western CO 40 years later, with countless adventures in between.

The goal of E-commerce Arms is to make purchasing a firearm a more 21st century experience. You can buy a car online, so you should also be able to buy a gun online. Because of this, E-commerce arms does not operate a physical location. Because we operate from our homes in Western Colorado, we do not share these locations except as required through FFL searches.
